Another One Bites The Dust

Another One Bites The Dust

Forest defender Matty Lockwood has become the latest player to pick up an injury. Matty was substituted in Saturdays' game with Bournemouth after picking up a knock on his ankle.

Lockwood will miss tonights' game at the Deva Stadium against Chester in the 1st round of the Carling Cup. Julian
Bennett is the likely replacement as he covered for him at the weekend.

This latest injury scare must surely bring into question the training methods used by the club, as players are seemingly dropping like flies at the moment. Barely a training session goes by without another player banging on the Physios' door. Also missing tonight will be James Perch, who is still suffering the effects of a neck high tackle from Paul Telfer at the weekend.

There is a little good news for fans though, in the shape of Luke Chambers who has recovered from a dead leg and is expected to play.
