The Men In Black: Huddersfield Town

The name Nigel Miller should be familiar to Forest fans, as he was the guy who officiated in the playoff semi final game against Yeovil last season. But panic ye not, for he only did the first leg. It was that man Graham Poll who made such a pigs ear of the second leg. To be fair to Mr. Miller, he gave us two penalties that night and didn't have a bad game.

So far this season Mr. Miller (CO. Durham) has taken charge of 7 games. He's issued 15 yellow and 0 red cards to date. Last season we had him three times. The 4-0 home win against Chesterfield, the 2-0 FA Cup win against Salisbury and the 1st leg playoff game with you know who. All in all, not a bad omen.

He will be ably assisted on the night by linesmen Mr. N. Brown and Mr. S. P. Cummins. The fourth official will be Mr. M. J. Denton.

Two more penalties would do nicely thanks very much! He does have a good record of officiating Forest games so long may it continue.

He's not the worst ref we've ever had. One of the pens was a brave decision if I remember correctly.
