Lennon- Back To Business

Speaking to the official site , Lennon said. 'I had a few family issues to resolve back in Scotland. My girlfriend and Son are down in Nottingham now, so hopefully it's all behind us and we can settle down and enjoy the rest of the season. The manager and club have been great with me and they gave me the time off to go home.'

Good news for the player, the club and fans alike. Lennon's absence sparked off rumours that he was off to manager Dunfermline or even worse Fester. Some ventured as much as a fallout with CC. But it now seems that the reasons he went back were genuine.

He has reiterated his intent to remain with the Reds for the remainder of the season, but may now find he has to fight to get his place back. Forest have put in two impressive displays during his absence and he may find that manager Colin Calderwood will find it hard to put him straight back in.

Does Lennon deserve his place back, or should he fight for it? Join in the debate on the forum now.
