'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Cohen - We Need To Battle

The Reds travel to Luton tomorrow night in the second round of the FA Cup. Chris Cohen has warned it won't be pretty and that they will have to show another side of their character to get the reward of a third round home tie with Liverpool.

Cohen told the Nottingham Evening Post. 'We know we can play football, we know we have the players on the pitch who can create chances. But we are going to have to go there and show different strengths again. The ball is going to be up in the air a lot - as it was at Walsall - and we just have to show our battling spirit.'

A third round home tie with Liverpool is incentive enough for both sides to do well, but Luton are desperate for the cash after going into administration. The reward of a game against Liverpool would do a great deal for their finances in terms of the gate receipts as well as the revenue from the game being televised.

Forest probably put in their worst performance of the season in the 2-1 league defeat at Kenilworth Road and will be looking to avenge that with a good display in the Cup. The Reds got as far as the fourth round last year, but to achieve that again would arguably take a miracle.
