Megson Linked With Forest Duo

The latest installment in the rumour mill says former Reds boss Gary Megson is set to make a move for Forest favourites Nathan Tyson and Kris Commons.

The Ginger One has long been an admirer of Tyson and was said to have had him looked at on Friday in the 2-0 win over Brighton. Ginger Spice would have been impressed with the reports he got back, as Tyson got both goals before going off with a tight hamstring.

According to Sky Sports News, Kris Commons has been given the once over as well and will also be a target for the now Bolton boss. Forest fans will give a swift two fingers for any move for the pair and Calderwood himself said there would be no one leaving.

It is testament to how well the side is doing this year in comparison to last, that clubs are snooping around. CC hinted as much yesterday when he said that the better the team do, the more interest there will be. Let's hope he gets a hands off message and stays away. This won't be the last we hear of potential transfers for our players and it's going to be a nervy time for supporters between now and January as we try to hang on to our prize assets.
