Kev,

I see that the referee for tomorrow is from, and I quote - "sunny Northamptonshire".
Against Leicester the ref was from "sunny Manchester", and for Middlesbrough, "sunny Wiltshire"!!

Does it never rain in your little happy world Kev?

I try and approach every game with the attitude of a man with a sunny disposition

I live in the vain hope that we get a half decent set of officials for every game we play. Unfortunately, that's rarely the case.

I genuinely believe the standard of referee has dropped from what is was back int' day. I know the modern game is faster and there are more cameras than you can shake a stick at, picking up every infringement and everything that goes on in a match. However, that doesn't excuse some of the downright Godawful mistakes we see from officials on a weekly basis.

It's my humble opinion that the likes of Stuart Attwell, Kevin Friend, Darren Deadman, Andy D'Urso and Robert Madley, shouldn't be allowed anywhere near a bloody whistle.
